The Dallas Cowboys released rookie pass rusher Isaiah Land in hopes of re-signing him to the practice squad. Land was grabbed off waivers by the Colts, ending any Cowboys reunion.
Patrik Walker of DallasCowboys.com reported that the Cowboys were trying to re-sign Land to the practice squad before the Colts claimed him.
Per the NFL waiver wire, the Cowboys have no players joining via claim,” Walker tweeted on August 30, 2023.

Land is an intriguing rookie after his good preseason and impressive Florida A&M performance. The pass rusher had 19 sacks in 2021 and 8 in 2022, an impressive career.
